⭐V3 Released, V4 Announced!
⭐Version 3 of Summer Sweepers is now available for download! For the full list of features please check the Announcement devlog.
⭐Version 4 of Summer Sweepers will be publicly available for download starting on July 9th.
-V4 Changelog-
[New Content]
- 5 new explicit events.
- Fio and Espa can now be invited for a date in the local city. This event is accessible by talking to Espa or Fio at the guild after completing 4 quests and is repeatable after every 3 additional quests.
- Added ability to interact with other party members in 6 events from Percy's perspective.
- Optional lewd event for Fio.
- Added support for extra event art featuring snapshots of the action (2 events have been updated with new art).
- 2 new quests with new map features (1 boss battle, 1 sphinx puzzle).
- 5 new endings to replace the previous cash based score system. The endings themselves are text-only for now and are based on your relationship to other characters.
[Bug Fixes and Quality of Life Improvements]
- Added 3 new game boosters: "skip the first 3 missions", "make late game quests available sooner", "start with extra cash".
- Added a brief overview of the game's character event system to the tutorial.
- Loading the game will take you to the map you quit the game at, instead of the guild.
- Minor bug fixes
[Other Changes]
- Many maps rebalanced and streamlined.
- Ram's cooldown decreased to 20, starting cooldown increased to 6, he now clears 3 tiles.
- Abigail's cooldown decreased to 15.
- Speed awards on most maps were made much easier to obtain.
- Rewards for quests greatly decreased, player now starts with $10 (The town event offers opportunities to spend your hard-earned money).
- Party members no longer get placed on cooldown after greeting the player.
- Days increased to 20 (This is very likely the last increase to playthrough length. I don't want to make individual games last more than a couple of hours).
- Some adjustments to older text and game sprites.

This is amazing, you are amazing every single event was great makes me want to think whats next in lore.
The Achievement system was "that something "that hit the point ,also the decision to remove animated transition for hidden dialogue was good cuz feels like im missing some interactions in v2.
btw why did you decrease the turns in the guild, cetra route just got lil hard this time (not complainig).
Having a ton of fun with this so far, im going for ng+5 just in this version.

Guild turns got decreased because of the new room assignment system, where characters will often start involved in an event as soon as the guild is loaded. I think Cetra's full event sequence actually occurs quite a bit more often then it did in older versions.
Don't get too burnt out repeating the game until future updates come. There's plenty more on the way 😉

Not too many of my followers and supporters leave comments in general and I haven't received anything regarding the story, so I can't say for sure who's read it. After you finish, or publish it somewhere, let me know and I'll link it in a devlog (there's a "Culture" tag for devlogs which I assume includes derivative works).

I liked the idea enough to make it the first fully optional lewd event in the game. No dialogue for now, because I really didn't have the time to draw bunny portraits this month, but that might be something for next time. If you're ok with it, I'd like to use your story as a base for the hidden dialogue when I do add it in.

I'm definitely writing a nice cute story for the troll girl! I was planning on just playing her as a very horny but legitimate love intrest for Percy. Was even gonna make a joke deity that could bless him. Booticas God for thick boys XD.
