Dear Impy thank you for this game, don t get me wrong the game isn t THAT amazing but it s somehow very catchy, and I don t know.. I really like the style and it s gameplay concept. I m not exaggerating  when I m saying that Secrets of Bastion is a banger and it made every day of my life exciting for an entire month. 

I am very against telling creators what to do but even so if you are planning on making a sequel I advise to focus a lot more on the card game mechanics and card variety, cause while the card battles were pretty cool in SOB, I do believe a lot more synergy between cards and interesting new mechanics would be a strong charm for the game, enemies could also have special moves, passives and traits making the fights a lot more exciting and different from each other ( for ex. while card scale with atributtes they could maybe offer certain advantages when stats are lower instead of higher promoting a more in detail and complex strategy while also making the player look forward for a new game plus or simply a new attempt at beating the game. I honestly see a huge potential in this semi management semi deckbuildder, 100% NTR and a bit humorous indie gem of yours. AND YES, i love playing *Corruption* games like Karryn s prison or The Agnietta and try to go for a total pure virgin run, and I gotta say I had a really fun time trying to get a no event no scene no temptation run without any boosters, almost would ve achieved it if it wasn t for Ben s horny ass.

WARNING! Only read if you are curios and have a lot of time and patience:

 So maybe consider making the gameplay core an : try to get everyone to do their jobs without letting bad things happen to them IF you REALLY think that you as the player achieve that and then really draw layers and layers of options and difficulty upon these idea, making the gameplay revolve around building efficiently and making the best out of tough and cornered situations that the player finds himself in. Maybe have bad things ( not horrible or tragic ) happen to the characters and guests when the player doesn t focus on achieving the main important tasks, maybe that way you could draw a guiding line as to what paths are the good endings path while other paths are falling into corruption, depraved, weird, harsh and peculiar fates in which while the characters are still happy in their own way, things definetly went downhill compared to their initial intentions and personalities. And make each of those branching paths a certain fully fledged way of playing the game, the player doesn t have to choose only between the good ending and game overs, no, there aren t any game overs, there are just different ways of aproaching the gameplay, even if the characters are tempted, corrupted, leaving the Bastion because they quit, the games goes on until you get an ending based on the sum of events that accumulated in your playthrough. I m basically proposing what if there was more than just one way of playing the game? What if the game is actually more than just a try to not get Ntr ed or view all the scenes and enjoy the show type of game? It s maybe crazy and stupid to make a lewd game only partly focused on porn and actually having a lot of mechanics that focus on strategic gameplay and story/lore, giving the player the option to experiment with a lot of different scenarios, since many players just open the game expecting to fap. Yet this can work, since a big group of people find NTR punishing, making it the perfect motivation for thinking, planning and being immersed in the decisions and plays that they make. The players will find it exciting figuring out how to avoid ntr events especially if the playable characters grow on them, and even if they want to see them go wild they still would have interactive gameplay in front of them, all the different ways in which they could aproach the game and play it by choosing in which way they want the characters to get corrupted, only by lust or by greed, or by envy and jealousy, even maybe by all of those combined will provide a huge array of interesting scenarios they could play while enjoying the Ntr sex scenes route. Making NTR defeatable, instead of almost impossible to avoid, but while still being a mighty and cunning foe (yet not too mighty since being way too difficult would actually withdraw motivation from the player instead of encouraging them) could open up different paths of playing the game, like you could focus to get a true ending by gathering a lot of secrets and conspiracies from the Bastion, you could get a greed ending by maximizing profit and savings through any measure moral or imoral, you could get a friendship ending by making a strong and united comunity, like having high friendly bonds with each character, you could have a best manager ending by being extremely respected by the guests of the Bastion, a waifu ending for having very high romance with a character and marrying her/him and of course we all want the endings in which the guests win over the hearts and bodies of the characters you play as. When I said combining greed with lust here s an exemple Mei and Mio Genie ending in which they become the owners of the Bastions, BUT if they only developed high lust but NO greed than instead of Mei and Mio being king and queen they just become the Al s servants while keeping the Genie with them so they can make up with Al. So playing clumsy and chaotic could lead into traps, gimmicks and sabotage as characters become more and more lewd, permissive, confused, distant or dissapointed permanently altering the encounters and endings that the player can choose from. These obstacles aren t meant to keep the player away from the good ending, they are instead made to make the characters change as persons leading into the more corrupted ending that don t only limit to lewd scenarios, no matter the outcome the characters still grow but they grow in ways which aren t innocent anymore. Maybe losing a fight or failing to meet quotes and completing tasks shouldn t directly punish the player by making them not receive any reward and should instead shape the character futures, the more they fail the more frustrated, motivated, tired, uncaring, aware or whatever they become and losing a fight could take away something from the player like a certain room or secret/ability but the losers path would actually also open up new options and upgrades that wouldn t ve been possible if they won and had a perfect run. For exemple if the characters are in a bad spot they will become desperate and blackmail certain guests of the Bastion for information and resources, but they wouldn t have dared do such a thing if they were not in that desperate losing spot. Losing and falling doesn t keep away characters from events, they just unlock new ones that belong to the branching path the player is on right now. Opening up this new story lines based on the bad outcomes of the event, checks and fight has tehnically already been done since you unblock new cards by getting sexy events, but what I m trying to say it that this concept should be applied to a wider area of events, not just the temptation ones, Like for example if 2 characters start disliking each other they stop having synergy in their cards and work worse togheter, yet their bad mood could empower other aspects, like them working harder at the gym, or a good mood could also increase their bond level with each other when interacting the break room, or when having really bad luck and getting close to a game over something like a magical trickster can propose a deal to you to get increased loot in the dungeon room but forcing you to visit them once a day, taking away one of you r action points by doing that. Give players more options than just avoiding NTR or falling for it, give the player a variety of options even if they decide to go for a pure run, a.k.a more than just one virgin ending, but make NTR a real threat that hunts them thorough the enitre playthrough and combine it with other bad factors that themselves pose an ending and event route. Also fuse the sexual temptation aspect with the other aspects, characters can grow hornier and greedy at the same time, leading to a different effect in the sex scenes if they were rather just horny. In short characters getting sexually corrupted shouldn t be THE ONLY threat, but instead ONE of the MANY threats that fuse togheter and can actively shape the story ending and characters. Every bad caracteristic that a character can have has it s own ending variation and direct affect on the gameplay and story.  The state of the character worsens as EACH of their bad habits grow, not just their sexual addiction. NTR basically isn t THE ENEMY anymore, it s just ONE OF THE enemies, money is a real problem too that seeks to make you lose you footing and good endings, the characters lack of rest and sleep at night because of certain things like staying awake to masturbate or reading a book about secrets or being way too stressed out will also change their fate and make the player stray from the good endings

And of course, there should be a variety of bad endings and sexy endings like in Summer Sweepers, but I didn t mention this earlier because it s what you do best and I m sure you will implement it in most of your projects

Sorry for all the ranting I m not saying you should actually draw your ideas from here, I m just trying to get my vision across and I respect they way you re making games, keep doing what you want to do. It was exciting for me to share all this and I do indeed believe making the game a multiple diverse path scenario instead of a good scenario - lewd scenario and the rest are game overs could really bring some light and make Secret of Bastion stand out a lot from other games 

Overall an interesting yet underdeveloped on some parts game that could impress you if you give it a chance. The game is not a click and fap, it requires a minimal understanding of it s mechanics for the gameplay to hit you, but when it hits, oh man it becomes a bit addicting. Also the fetishes are not really for everyone, so if you don t find pleasure in NTR, Futa or Interspecies then don t blame the game for you not liking it from the start.

Btw played Monster Moonson and it s great! You definetly amped up the quality with this one.

Thank you for your kind words and suggestions! When making my games I aim to get them done in a reasonable time frame and make sure that each update has meaningful additions in as many areas of the game as possible. Because of this, I usually can't devote much more than a single update towards just the endings. Closing projects before I become dispassionate about my work is very important to me, so I try to wrap things up before I run out of stuff that I'm enthusiastic to add. While I agree with a lot of your ideas, I can only add a bit of the stuff that's "cool to have" before development time runs out. Generally I try to add some sort of reward for avoiding the NTR scenarios, but I don't think I can make a bunch of full big routes out of the concept with the time that I have.

A sequel is planned for next year, and I think it may expand some of the areas you're proposing. I'm making no early promises about the new game before I actually start making it, but keeping and improving upon most of the gameplay is a major goal.

Again, I m really against telling creators what to add in their game since that should be up to them. As a writer I plan my stories completely based on my personal vision of how I want the plot and character to be, yet I loved Secrets of Bastion and had all this ideas pilled up that I felt the need to share. Do it your way and how you already planned it, right back there I just told you to make a totally enormous and complicated game by yourself, I wasn t realistic at all with my suggestions but I just wanted to talk about them.

Keep it up! I appreciate your games already for how simple, cozy and catchy they are and I look forward to whatever you decide to do with your time as a developer.

I'm glad that you have enjoyed it! A sequel is actually planned, I'm hoping to start developing it in late Autumn of this year. It will probably be less of a direct sequel and more of an alternative story. I'm not too good with localizing games, but most of them can be hooked to a translation tool of some sort.

Steam releases for some of my games are planned, but they will still be completely free. If you want to support my work financially, the best way to do so is through SubscribeStar, but it's completely optional, my games become available to everyone after a month of early access. Secrets of the Bastion and the planned sequel sadly won't appear on Steam because the sexual content goes against their policy in some parts.

I swear you need a doctorate to play these games, they're so complicated. I only ever see the game over scene. Only thing they're good for is prolonging the inevitable and then when i'm finally too frustrated I just go watch regular porn. Jesus Christ. Never thought I'd have a skill issue with a smut game. edit I don't even want a completed gallery, I just want the game to be more straightforward so I can actually unlock a scene. 

Everything except for the endings can be seen by just playing through the game normally regardless of how well you're doing. The boosters are meant to make the game experience easier for players who are struggling. If you've finished a playthrough, you very probably have enough points to get at least one booster even if you've lost. I think that the difficulty level in the finished game is fairly reasonable and has plenty of ways to be adjusted up or down, but I understand that the core gameplay isn't for everyone.

I did a playthrough, I had enough points to get a new deck, but that deck said it was even more complicated to use so I didn't buy it. Are boosters one time use?

Boosters points do not get spent. Your maximum points are from the top 3 scoring games and you get to keep all of them and reuse them however many times you like. If you want an easier playthrough, I suggest investing into increased starting stats.

Is NTR optional or needed to keep moving along the story?

It's technically possible to complete almost all of my games that feature NTR scenarios without seeing much of them, but you will miss the majority of the game's events. Secrets of the Bastion does have an ending for avoiding NTR, and you can skip scenes by not visiting rooms that have an event playing.

Dear Impy, if you once again reading this : this is perhaps your ideal game in terms of gameplay. Even though it was confusing as fuck at the start (as ususal with most of your games really, I love your talent but I am scared of you too) in the end it had ideal amount of lucking, absolutely 0 "character didn't do what I wanted what the fuck" (outside of moments that just weren't scripted in the first place) like I unfortunately had displeasure with other your masterpieces.

Best Events tracking in all your games that have Gallery. I unlocked %100, Sweepers still have some non unlocked moments even though I did all endings. Sweepers was harder to understand to me and still kinda fuming Girlfriend doesn't specify Lewd Church was needed to unlock 3rd ending (+beating game). 

Best Gallery in itself too, almost everything except fights with dungeon people and prisoners/captives can be viewed, unlike Sweepers where you only can view art, but not the text. 


Love Abby from Sweepers and Girlfriend cameo. Can't wait for the future with more intertwined events and characters. Who knows maybe big huge Mortal Kombat Trilogy/Armageddon or Dissidia Final Fantasy or Hairule Warriors esque game with All those characters to be seen.


In terms of Content , once again #Shrinking and #BreastExpansion (both with shrinking and one separate BE) lovers have Jinn (door with Lamp) + Naomi (green hair) moment, awesome #BBW and even #TG moment with Ben and Jinn. And of course #mini-giantess #futa lovers have another. Shame that dog breeder thicc tall woman doesn't have any action.

This one probably has the most different mechanics and can feel very overwhelming at first, but it's quite straightforward to play and easy to make progress. If I ever make a massive crossover game it will probably be in some sort of grand strategy format, but I don't think that will happen anytime too soon. There will be a poll for my subscribers later this month to figure out which games I will make next year, and there are some game candidates on the list that will have more of a mix of characters from my older games than others.

There's an in-game guide if you go to the gallery and mouse over any of the endings. The game also prioritizes giving you an ending you haven't seen yet if you're qualified for more than one.

If you're struggling, try to pick some strong start of game boosters to help you! The game's not as hard as it seems, but I'll admit that it does have a bit too much happening in it to keep track of.

This game is basically lewd Labotomy Corp and that's a mix of things I didn't know I needed.

The basic concept was Lobotomy Corporation + Maid's Story. I diverged from the idea a fair bit, but I guess my sources of inspiration are still very recognizable.

I've gotta say, I really enjoy your games! The art is fantastic, and you do an excellent job mixing smut in with the gameplay. I appreciate any lewd game that isn't RPGmaker or a Visual Novel as well.

However, the one consistent gripe I find myself having is learning how to play. I spent far more time than I'd like to admit figuring out the core game mechanics in Summer Sweepers, and although it was great once I got used to it, I came close to giving up several times. Now I'm trying to get into this game as well, but the various mechanics feel confusing and overwhelming.

Overall, I love your work and I wouldn't want you to simplify your games or dumb it down. However, I do hope you consider adding an extremely basic tutorial that gives the player baby steps on what to do in future games.

Sorry about that. It's a commonly reported problem, especially for this game. I definitely went a little overboard with the amount of stuff to keep track of. The next couple of games that I have planned will be a lot easier to get into.

We're in the final stretch now. This game will get one more big update to add a variety of endings and events. I will start working on a new game in February and continue developing Monster Monsoon until around the middle of summer 2023. I have had a great time playing your game summer sweeper and now this. I love your take on the ntr kink! I look forward to progress with this one! I enjoyed my time with it a lot. There is a lot of promise here.

To me your games have felt very catchy because your mechanics are blended together to give individually simple mechanisms and artwork a huge amount of depth and gameplay choice and hotness compared to the norm. Feels like a very unique strength to your games to have the mechanics and player choices working together, with or against rng to be what make achieving things in game hotter and more impactful.

I'm gonna provide a bit of critical feedback on my experience because I found it really interesting, with the asterisk that I really enjoyed it and this may or may not be at all relevant because I know it's far from finished and my preference may totally clash with your goals, feel free to disregard. 

Uniquely for me among the adult games I've played, I found this had almost a bit too much game for me. Between the card battles, currencies, room maintenance, bonuses, breaches and character stats mechanics there is SO much going on here. I had to read and try and reread tips feeling lost for a good while before I really began to understand the systems in play.

Where (for me) summer sweeper had very neat puzzles and a great gradual learning curve, the rapid introduction to everything in this game was teetering on too much. As a player I think I'm generally pretty good at picking up these sorts of systems but this one really made me work, if I wasn't into the kinks, I might've put it down before I realised how great it was.

If there was a difficulty setting to make it a bit simpler, or lengthen the learning curve without messing with your goal or the length of the overall game too much, I would appreciate that. 

I also found the arousal, lewdness and room potion icon split in this game very confusing/unintuitive, regarding what is needed to proc what events and exactly how they each interact with eachother. I've played through about 6~ times now and I still don't exactly know and I really did try to read through all the tips.

Oh and one little thing, when the game starts up I didn't know which brother was speaking, and who I was going to be thinking of as my character until the end of the cutscene. Maybe I missed an indicator about it, but my confusion around it blunted a bit of the initial impact of the setup until I understood it later.

But seriously, thankyou for your games! They've been great fun, well executed and super unique! I'm really looking forward to updates!

Edit - So I just read your upcoming updates to version 3 and it sounds like you've adjusted and changed many/all of these things for it. Lol I hope the review is at least a fun read if it's entirely obsolete.

Thank you so much, I'm really happy that you have enjoyed it! I definitely agree that overcomplicated mechanics are one of the weaknesses of this game. It's quite forgiving and will offer you boosters to make yourself more powerful in your second attempt, but there is definitely a lot going on. I don't know how much I can smoothen out the leaning curve in Bastion, but there are a few changes coming in v3 that will should help players make better decisions. I don't think there will be a difficulty setting beyond using the boosters. I like making gameplay focused games, but this one definitely ended up a lot more complex than my other projects.

Portraits for all companions have been added in v3 and I intend to add them for all room occupants in v4. The Lust/Lewdness/Temptation stats and icons are also somewhat more restricted in their use now with only Lust being used for generating Temptation.

I recently held a couple of polls for my subscribers and the general consensus was for 4 additional updates, so expect to see the final v7 release around March of 2023. The game will focus a lot more on depth from here on with more event variety. Thank you for the review, I hope you will find the time to play my future releases, there's lots more fun content coming!

Is there any plans for a mobile release? Not usually into ntr, but this looks and sounds pretty interesting. :D Also, may I ask what is used to make the game? Cuz maybe it can be played on joiplay. :D

The game has been made in Unity. I don't think it will work great on mobile with how small the icons and buttons are. 

Despite the strong NTR focus in most of my games, most of the sexual content itself is fairly playful and doesn't get into any dark themes. I think that players who are not into NTR can still enjoy my games.

The new temptation system is neat, nice work! I love the dungeon enemies, are they supposed to be from future rooms, or just the dungeon itself? Are their temptation events going to have dialogue?

The dungeon is going to be a separate location. I plan to finish the game over the next 4 updates, so depending on how much time I have, there may be a bit more to it in terms of exploration. Dialogue for card battles are loosely planned, I just need to find a good way to implement them.

The game for the most part feels fine. Things i would like for QOL would be for the day cycle. It'd be great if I could see where everyone was assigned each time of day for the day. I don't know if its just me but trying to manage stress while also having to see where each person is assigned each time of day and who hasn't is a little hard. When I swap between I forget who was already assigned what to do what prior. It would also be nice to be able to see the assignment history for the day part of the game to see what people have already done and how many times they have done it. I don't really have any qualms with the card mechanic and other parts of the game otherwise.

You can review the assignment history by clicking the "i" scroll and hovering over the little character icons on the right. Stress levels are also shown on the activity log to give you a better idea of who is worth visiting. It can all feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the game isn't too punishing to those who make a few early mistakes.

I couldn't read shit, I said the same thing about SS, I have poor eyesight and in this new game I couldn't really read anything, if this is fixed in the future count on me, summer sweepers was a great game and it was good to follow the evolution

Not too sure if there's something I can do in that regard for this game. My screen space is quite limited with all the menus. Is the game launching to cover your whole screen? It should do that in 1920x1080 or similar aspect ratios. If it doesn't, I then it might become better in the future since I'm considering adding an alternative display mode that stretches to fit the screen for other aspect ratios. I can also change the fonts, but I think that most of the ones I selected are fairly readable.

I have to say, I've really enjoyed this game and your other ones. Your art style is really captivating to me and the combination of NTR themes and fun mini-games/deckbattlers/etc is really entertaining. If I could be a more active supporter I would be, but for now all I can do is at least say thank you for your work, as I've truly enjoyed it (and spent a few nights playing this one and Summer Sweepers A LOT later into the evening than I should have). Genuinely fantastic games and I can't wait to see what the future has in store. I will definitely do what I can to support more in the future as I think you have a unique style and I am really looking forward to seeing more of you content as I love it. It looks fairly overwhelming, I'll admit. Just trying stuff out for a few days is a decent enough way to get started. Experimentation is not severally punished by the game. Even if you lose, you'll unlock some boosters to make your next game a little easier.

I feel like more interactive sex scenes would give a greater dopamine kick. The gameplay is not very complicated as others say, I recommend that they do like me and just start playing, the way meters go up and down you'll have it figured out in a few game days. The aesthetics are great.  You always make well made games Impy! :3

Thank you, I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it! The meters were my big addition in this update to streamline the gameplay experience. More sex scenes will be added in each update throughout the year.

A tip is to change the state of the characters as well in the icons and general dialogue scenes, having them wearing less and become more flustered after events adds a more permanent feeling. Sex scenes are great but also they move by so quickly.

Definitely part of my plans for the future if I find the time. In a perfect world, I would have everything animated, add closeup shots and things of that nature. It will have to grow bit by bit, but I hope to eventually have something on a similar level of ambition as Summer Sweepers.

The game is meant for multiple playthroughs and I'm adding features in v2 to customize your new game+ experience. I am also considering adding notifications for certain types of events.

There can be some strange behaviors if you've edited your save file. Change it at your own risk. The 99 stat cap is intentional.

Stress doesn't increase from mood. At high mood you have the option to reassign your workers more times each day which can add extra stress but isn't necessary. Stress is capped at 5 and mood is capped at 7.

Changes to the card battles are in the works. In v2 you will be able to swap out cards for later use. I am also going to add scaling difficulty to the rooms with every new room being tougher to pacify in a breach. The first three rooms you open will be easier than the current average difficulty and the fourth will be a little harder.

I'm making quite a few changes to card battles in the coming update. There will also be boosters to make the game easier for the players who are having trouble and want an easier game experience.

Quite, frankly... I feel the game is overly complicated. I've probably played for over an hour and dealt with the breaches and still lost by losing those Glory. I tried another run and realized the importance of those daily tasks. Successfully finished the demo. In terms of the lewd/H content, there isn't very much and by successfully completing the game you don't get access to a gallery in case anyone was wondering. 

Overall, the design of the game is unique and cute but it's far too complicated for the average player, IMO.

I'll try to make it more accessible. There will be a few features added in the coming update to make the game a little easier to understand. More content is also on the way. I'm planning to steadily add new rooms and scenes throughout the year.

Awesome! If I may suggest something, I think reading the tooltip mandatory or some sort of tutorial to give the information in a piece meal fashion is needed. I was being dumb, and I completely glossed over it and thought that the daily tasks was just doing maintenance in the room thinking it would complete the daily task lol

I'm adding two categories to the info screen to give a quick tutorial regarding scheduling and card battles. I will probably also give that info at the start of the game to get new players started. I'm also adding a task result prediction that will say how likely you are to succeed with a given character. Hopefully these steps will help streamline the learning curve a bit.

Great game! but i need to know if this one gonna get one update per month or how  currently gonna be updated.

I tried reading most of what you have written but didnt get any answer.

I plan to post an update once every two months. There will be two games in development this year, "Secrets of the Bastion" and "Monster Monsoon". The public release of each update will be about one month after the early access version for my subscribers. 

Bastion v2 will be made public in late April and Monsoon v1 should have a public upload ready in May. After this, I will switch between the two games every month, so updates for each will be two months apart.

Here's a list of events in this version:

  • Temptation at any location.
  • Maintenance success at stables with Mei & Mio and Lizzie.
  • Interaction failure at theater with any character.
  • Minor dialogue scenes in breakroom.

Temptation will require a decent amount of Lust and Lewdness to occur regularly. Check for action results to see which locations are best for increasing these stats. Most failed results give some. Success at observing Slimes or Centaur and interacting with Prismheart will increase lewdness too.
